Mr Vince Lewis, former civilian instructor on 1324 Squadron

1324 (Hawker Blackburn) Squadron is sad to announce the death of former civilian instructor, Mr Vince Lewis.

Vince was enthusiastic about supporting young adults to learn new skills and nurture their passions, with his area of interest being radio communications, which he also supported across the county and nationally.

Vince will be missed, and we express our sincerest gratitude for the time he gave to this organisation and all the cadets who benefited from his passion.

Our thoughts are with his family, and we hope to represent the squadron at his funeral on Friday, 17th January 2025.
