No Pain, No Gain

On Sunday, 20th October, Flight Lieutenant Luke Clifford-Roper-Smith, Officer Commanding 1324 (Hawker Blackburn) Squadron will aim to complete the Palma half marathon, in Mallorca, just 16 weeks after completing his first “Couch 2 5k”.

In an effort to capitalise on the intensive training, he is raising money for both his Air Cadet unit (1324 Squadron) and his St John Ambulance unit (All-Services Unit, Hull).
