New Tactical Recognition Flash for the RAF Air Cadets

A new Tactical Recognition Flash (TRF) has been issued by Headquarters RAF Air Cadets, which replaces the existing badge, worn with multi-terrain pattern (MTP) uniform.

The new design is worn by all members of the organisation, staff and cadet, and is to be used with immediate effect.

It features an eagle and the lettering “RAF AIR CADETS” against the traditional background seen on the TRFs of personnel in the RAF and RAF Reserves.
